Turn Up the Heat!
Brrrrrrrrrrr! I don't think we're in South Carolina anymore! My fur friends up North sent their arctic air down to the deep south and we southern belles aren't used to cold weather. Mom says that I am just being a Diva and that I have plenty of floof to keep me warm.

Praline, we know your pain! It is only 1 degree here in St. Louis now, so we are trying our best to keep warm too! You are so lucky your vent is that close to the floor!

Praline, we, Laila and Minchie, would like to speak for all us Northern kitties and tell you how so very sorry we are that this brutal cold has gotten away from us and headed down you way. It's bigger than all of us put together. We tried, honestly, we tried to keep it from escaping. Can you ever forgive us?
You better not move from that heat vent, being cold is not good.
I think that even floof gets cold. I know Mom complains that mu furs are cold, even when I am warm!

I hate that "plenty of floof" line too. How absurd! We are right up close to Canada here in Minnesota and its time to tell them to shut the door, we want to warm up!!!! -Shaggy
I know what you mean! Mom almost couldn't get out of bed this morning because we were all snuggled in to keep warm. Stick by the vent and stay warm.

Thanks for your message on FnF! There's a linkie in that sentence of my post that'll to take you to my dilemma that I'm sure you can help me with.
Here's how you do the hovertext thing...
When you add a photo to your blog you'll see in the html a bit of code that says alt="". What you want to do is put your hovertext in between the "". Then repeat but using title instead of alt. If you embed the pic from Flickr the title="" will already be there.
If you get stuck you can email my Mummy at sandra at gorgeous dot co dot nz. I'd put the code in here, but I think it will end up putting the pic in the comment instead of the text.
It gets really warm this week in San Francisco, low 70s during the day. Hope it will be the same at your place soon.

It is way to cold for us too. We do not like cold weather. We are staying inside on the electric blanket (if you don't have one insist your Mom get one for you). We are sorry about Lake Praline. That must be very upsetting for your Mommy.
We looked at the Cats on TV post and our Mommy says they look a lot like human babies in the womb. How neat is that. ~S,S & C
