I've been spending a lot of time beside Mom on the sofa this past week. Normally, Mom is giving me all of the nurturing, but I've been giving it to her because she has the "blues" lately. Mom says when she comes home and picks me up and that when I begin purring, I just ease all of the tension of the day and she wishes she could share a picture with all of you of the two of us snuggling!
I also get the advantages of extra neck scritches when I stay near her!
Pee ess - sorry we didn't get to visit last night. Mom fell asleep on the sofa again. I think she is just mentally and emotionally exhausted. She needs to take lessons from us kitties and learn to relax!

We know how your mommy feels. And we know when we go to bed with her and do the turn around once then flop half on her, she feels all is right with the world at that moment. What would mommy's do without us?
Praline, you are a good girl to help your mama like that. Our mom came home today and spent most of the day asleep. We curled up and slept with her.

Sweet Praline, you are a good girl looking after your mom. When my mom feels tired she tries to do nice things for herself, hire a dvd, buy a small bunch of flowers, light some candles and other things that remind mum to smile.

Pleeez look after your mom. All the worries of the last days, maybe her upcoming OP, the ongoing Winter - that's all a bit exhausting. But things will improve, Spring and Summer will come and you are there for her! We're sending cheering up purrs too, Siena & Chilli.

So sorry your mum is not up to parr. I know just how you feel as my mum has been getting so many blues and is missing her mum badly.
I get to do the same and give lots of purrs and nose to noses which helps so much mum says.I too love my kneck and ears rubbing. I like that more than my belly rubbing. Keep up the good work and look after your mum .

Sorry your Mom has the blues lately. Mom says that makes beans feel extra tired, so she's furry lucky to have you there for extra hugs and head butts. And then, of course, you get scritches!
Oh Praline, you are a wonderful nurse! Billie and Cricket are my nursemaids. I'm so sorry that Mommy Paula has been blue and under the weather. I have been feeling awful lately too. I have not been blogging or visiting for days. I have missed you.
