Update: Mom stood in line 2 1/2 hours to vote this morning!
This is an important day for the beans in the United States. Every citizen has the opportunity to make his/her voice heard and vote for the President of the United States and other national and state officials. My Mom says she is proud to say she has voted every year since she turned 18 (and that was a LONG time ago).
So, please encourage your beans to get out and vote today!
I have received a couple of awards and will share them later this week!

Chey has her signs up in Washington, hoping for a few write in votes...
Mom voted last week. It is a good thing. She can not believe the lines!
Jan has returned from voting. She took a book after hearing about some of those long waits in line. But she hit it at the perfect time and whizzed right through. As she was leaving, the traffic arriving picked up.
But we came by because we saw your comment on the CB. We googled "embedded comments" and discovered they aren't working. We switched recently and Sassy let us know last night it wasn't working so we just switched back to the old way.
Mom and Dad got to the polling location at 6:15 a.m. and stood in line 3 1/2 hours! Yikes! Only six polling booths...
