Mom says everyone thinks that I am a fat kitty and they are surprised when she tells them that I am only 8 1/2 pounds. I have a lot of floof, so it makes me look fat. Mom says she wishes floof was her problem! (Don't tell her I said that!)
I have been a great comfort to my mom with all of the changes she has gone through in her life. She tells me that it is so wonderful when she comes home from a really stressful day and I meet her at the door and immediately start purring. I purr because I am happy to see my mom AND I know she will give me treats!
My Mom tends to be a Type-A personality and really likes to be in control of the situation. One day one of her college students came up to her and said, "Dr. Gregg, can I ask you a question?" My mom told the student yes, thinking that it was some complicated math problem. However, the student said, "You like to be in control, right? How can you have a cat?" My mom responded with a laugh, "She keeps me honest."

We've loved seeing all your pictures this week, and so has our Allergic Girl. The Lady waits till the two of them are together to read your blog, then they biggify each picture and squeal about how cute you are.
Oh I loved your T13 pictures! Such a cute little itty bit! Billie Still gives me a hard time with her eye cleaning! She's a lamb until it's time for cleaning and combing and knot cutting. Then she fights tooth and nail. She always has and I have scars to prove it. But, I love her so much! With my RA it's getting harder to groom her by myself, so professional help will probably be needed.
Praline, tell your Mom she is very pretty! Just like you! I'm so glad you have each other. :) I would be lost without my kitties too.

If your Mom really is a Type A personality we are all the more glad that she has you, Praline! She has probably benefited greatly from having you there - you make her stop and smell the roses!!

That's a funny question that the student asked! You do have a lot of fluff, Praline. :) You still weigh more than us - we're only 7 lbs each.
I don't have much floof so mum says I am a tubble puff. I don't know what that means either.

Praline, I have LOVED your trip down memory lane. You and your mommy are both special! And your mommy is totally right - you have grown from a cute kitten to a beautiful ladycat!
Your momma is almost as purrty as you are Sweet Praline! My sister that came before me, Cerise, also weighed in at 8 1/2 pounds but everyone thought she would be much heavier after picking her up. When she went to the Bridge last year she only weighed 4 pounds but with all her Himmie furs, she still looked healthy.

You are very tiny under all of your floof! I used to weigh just 6 pounds, but now I am 7 pounds. But I have a squishy belly.
Wait...control freaks aren't suppose to haf cats? Oh oh, mom is in triple trouble. Yoo are a lovely lady cat and we really enjoy da trip down memory lane. It helps us to learn more about our frends!
Sweet P does NOT look her age!! She is MUCH younger looking than 13! This must be because her mom loves her so much and takes such good care of her!!! Floof is GOOD! xxoo P

Wow, only 8 and a half pounds? You are the super floof alright! I weigh only 7 pounds but I look very small.
