Memory Lane - Playing with Catnip Mouse

This video is a little bit longer than the others that I've shared, but it shows how much Praline would still play like a kitten, even as a senior kitty (before she got sick in January).  I don't have many more videos left to share and I hope you are enjoying them as much as I am.  Today has been two weeks since Praline went to the Bridge and I think I am missing her as much today as the day she left.

There is a possibility there may be a new kitty blog coming soon.  There are two rescue kittens that someone is trying to get me to take and I also have an appointment with a Persian breeder who is expecting a new litter in June.  So many decisions to make and so many emotions to go through.

We know that you will follow your heart and make the right decision. Any cat you pick will be one very lucky kitty. We are keeping you in our thoughts.

If my human is any example, a true cat human can't be without a kitty for too long. I know when the time, and kitty, is right, somebody new will come along. I'm sure Praline will guide you.

Mom says she's so grateful for the videos she has of Sniffie. They make her feel like Sniffie is still here with us.

We're eagerly awaiting the new kitties!!!! From the "sneak peek" on FB we know they were sent by Praline!

Lots of (((hugs))) and Light from us.

Two rescue kitties sounds wonderful to us, but then, we're rescue kitties ourselves! :-)

Whatever you choose to do, and when, we'll look forward to it!

Love Praline bunny kicking that mouse! We're so glad that you are considering new kitties--they'll be very lucky babies for sure!

Praline will help you choose. I think you will just know which is the best to do. WE saw the pictures of the kittens on Facebook and they are very cute. Have a little talk with Praline about it. The video is great. Praline was having a great time with that mouse.

We love watching Praline play. She was the most beautiful girl we knew!

It's difficult to decide when to get a new cat after you lose a baby. I was grieving when Delilah arrived 6 days after I lost my Muddy. It is a distraction and new cats always find a way to show you how much they appreciate the new home. Praline would definitely want you to feel better, that we're sure of!

We loved watching that video - her tail mesmerised our mum. She really did love that nippy mousie.
We know Praline would want you to get a new furry or two to pamper and she will let you know when you've made the right choice(s).

We're glad to hear that you're considering new felines. We know it's hard, but you have such a good and loving home, and with so many kittehs in need.... it would be wonderful to read about the adventures of new little ones.

Aw, my old gal KonaKitty still gets a wild hair every now and then, and Praline played just like Kona does! Us humans need to play like we did as kids, it keeps us young.
Don't feel pressured to get another kitty unless it's right, this said from a crazy cat lady--LOL!

We think Miss Praline will have her paw in this one and that you will know what is right for you when the situation presents itself.
You are in our thoughts!

I'm very excited about your visit to the Persian lady.
(Grey is nice!!! although we all know ginger is a wonderful color, too....and also white.....and maybe some other color, too!)Hint: Himalayans are very smart. (Just my opinion.)

How exciting, but difficult at the same time. Whatever the choice, your home won't be complete, until you bring another kitty (or kitties) home to love. Thanks for sharing the videos of Praline.

One of the best pieces of advice I ever got after a lost kitten I found died after a week was to get another cat. She was with me for twenty years.

Its more in the line of a tribute to Praline that you want to find some part of the happiness she gave you again.

And this may not be such good advice but why not take 'em all?

10/10 on the squee meter for this video. Her dark little legs and all that floof remind us of some videos we've seen of red pandas playing. At the end, where she looked at you, our Lady got all leaky-eyed. We miss you, Sweet Praline!

Remember that, with a new kitty, you get to tell it all about The Cat Who Came Before...

I always feel the best way to honor one who has gone to the bridge is to rescue, or adopt, another one.
