Mom tricked me into coming out by putting my Squiggle in front of me.
Rats! A purrect hiding place discovered.Mom Paula: There have been several times in the past year that I could not find Praline. I would go through the house calling her and checked under the beds and in the closet. The only way I could find here was to shake her treat bag and she would come running from the back of the house. I never knew where she was. Imagine my surprise when I discovered her under the dresser. You can see in the pictures how close to the floor the opening was.

Oh my! I think that looks a lot like my dresser and my favorite hiding place!!! In fact, when I was a tiny baby Momma even looked under there and couldn't see me because I could so flatten out towards the back where it was darkest. Isn't it the best place? I wish she had no sold it when she moved in with Dad.

We kitties can squeeze through anywhere. I still have hiding places in the garden that SS doesn't know yet.

Praline! I do the same thing! There's a small antique washstand that sits low to the ground and I hid under it! No one can find me there!

It's amazing the small spaces they can get into sometimes! You wouldn't think it was pawsible. Praline really had to flatten her little self to get herself under that dresser, too!

praline squishes flat very well. i have been amazed at how well cats can squeeze into some really tight spots. almost sends you into a panic when you can't find them, that is until the treat bag is shaken.

That is a very small hidey hole. I don't think I could get under there. Eric wouldn't even get his head under.

That looks like a great hiding place, but I don't think I could squeeze in there. Maybe Maggie or Josie. But we can surprise our Moms with where we can hide sometimes, can't we?
