I'm thankful for treats! MOL! As you can see below, I'm guarding my basket of treats while mom is away today.
But just as soon as she gets home, I get this . . .
Update on Mom: Mom has been working half days this week. She say she gets pretty tired after about two hours, but she tries to stay until around 2:00 pm. She had to go on the road yesterday and today, but my grandpa and grandma bean went with her and drove. Mom said it was a good thing because as soon as she got back in the car yesterday, she fell asleep. Mom has also been running a slight fever in the evenings. It's not high enough to call the doctor, but it's high for her. Knowing my Type A mom, she is probably doing too much!

Maybe woo need to hide her keys?
Hugz&Khysses,
Khyra
I agree with Khyra - hide her keys and then you can look after her at home!
Perhaps we should all sit on her until she is unable to move? Then she would not be able to do to much--except pay attention to us...
Hmmm, you go sit on your mummy to get her to rest!! She's very important and needs to be healthy.
i hope your mom is ok, you should make sure she doesn't do too much!
well, except feed you treats, of course :)
We are sending PURRS for yoor mom. She needs to get well so yoor trats can be given.
You are guarding those treats well! No one is gonna get them from you!!
We are purring for your mom and we hope she starts feeling a bit better and less tired....
Good treat-guarding. Praline. Your Mum was pace herself - good that a weekend is coming soon again. Keep an eye on that fever.
Praline, you need to give your Mom some extra purrs and sit extra hard on her to let her know to take it easy. She sure doesn't want to get sick now on top of everything else.
Have a great day.
we is glad you gets treats when your mom gets home! purrrsss to your mom!
We hope your purring makes her relax when she gets home - we hope she isn't too tired to open your treats.

Thankfully, the week is almost over and your Mom can have a restful weekend and hopefully feel better next week...It's so tough to work while not feeling well...We are surprised you haven't started breaking into those treat bags on your own, sweetie, but glad you have so many to choose from when Mom gets home!...kitty kisses to you, beautiful girl and big hugs to your sweet Mom...Calle, Halle, Sukki
oh Praline, aren't you just the cutest most beautyful girl! look at you, guarding your treat basket. i has to admit i am just a teeny bit jealous. i does not have anything like that great basket of treaties!
Good for you Sweet Praline, those treats are sure worth guarding!
We are really hoping your mom gets back to 100% ASAP~!!!
Oh please tell your mum to try and rest. I know it is hard and your mum is like my mum.. Love your picture.. Hugs GJ xx
I think your mom should report that fever to the doctor. If an infection is building, it's best to nip it in the bud.
I must say, you are definitely treat-centric, Praline. I think that treat basket is the center of your world -- though your mom is the center of your uniFURse.
It's funny, but every time we see that basket stuffed full of treats, it reminds us of an Easter basket! heeheehee!
We're glad your mom's parents are helping her drive long distances. We bet it's that stuff that knocked her out in surgery that's still roaming around her body that's making her so tired.
Your poor mom. She doesn't know how to curl up and sleep so she can rest her body. Maybe you can pull her batteries out after dinner so she has to stop and rest?
We hope your Mom is not over doing it.
Sometimes our beans think that they know more than their bodies ... and we kitties know that they don't.
purr on her Miss Praline.
purrin

We hope your mum is soon feeling better. You have to make sure she gets plenty of rest.
Good work guarding your treats.
Miss Praline, you need to put your paw down and tell your Mommy to REST!
Oh no, your human is like mine - all work and too little napping and playing. Tell her she can't rush healing. And tell her the best way to heal quickly is to give you extra treats. (Most humans are gullible enough to believe that.)
What? All that waiting an ya got like ONE treat?
Hope yer Mom feels better soon...
